6 sensory maps of Handen in Haninge Cykeldérive illustrating different sensations of the cyclists’ travelling body in Handen and its surroundings. The maps, created with material from bike dérives, is showing experienced distances, the soundscape, disorientation, barriers, entry points, exit points and flows in between. It’s an exploration of how we can communicate subjective experiences and sensations in city planning, trough maps from a cyclist’s perspective.
The maps are printed on transparent paper and can be layered in different constellations. New information will be relieved depending on the order of the maps.
